A1 and Meat Stuffed Rice Circles

Prepare the rice circles 1. Rinse the sushi rice in a fine-mesh sieve under cold water until the water runs clear. 2. In a pot, combine the rinsed rice and water. Cook the rice according to package instructions. 3. In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Gently fold the vinegar mixture into the cooked rice. 4. Assemble the rice circles 1. Take a rice circle and make a small indentation in the center. 2. Spoon a generous amount of the a1 and meat filling into the indentation. 3. Gently press the rice around the filling to enclose it. 4. Repeat with the remaining rice circles and filling.
