Prepare the Ingredients

1.Wash and pat dry the beef steaks. Wash and dice the tomatoes. Peel and slice the onions. Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into cubes. Wash, peel, and slice the carrots.

Cooking Instructions

1.Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season the beef steaks with salt and pepper on both sides. Place the steaks on the grill or skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare (adjust based on desired doneness). In a separate pan, heat oil and sauté the onions until translucent. Add the diced tomatoes and cook until they soften. In another pan, heat oil and add the cubed potatoes. Cook until slightly browned and crispy. In a pot, boil water and add the sliced carrots. Cook until tender.

Serve
