Creamy Cheese and Chicken Salami Samosas

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cedar cheese, butter, fresh cream, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

2.In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add them to the cheese mixture. Stir in the chopped chicken salami and mix until evenly combined.

3.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

4.Take a samosa sheet and place a spoonful of the cheese and chicken salami mixture at one end. Fold the sheet diagonally to form a triangle, enclosing the filling. Continue folding until the entire sheet is used up, sealing the edges with a little water.

5.Place the samosas on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with milk for a golden finish.

6.Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the samosas are golden brown and crispy.
