Spicy Garlic Noodle Stir Fry

1.Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2.In a large pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onion, sauté until fragrant and onions are translucent.

3.Add the chopped chili and continue to sauté for another minute for some heat.

4.Pour in the tomato sauce and chili sauce, stir well to combine with the aromatics.

5.Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together until the noodles are evenly coated in the sauce.

6.Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the noodles to soak up the sauce.

7.Serve hot and garnish with some fresh herbs or additional chili flakes for extra heat if desired.
