Mouth-Watering Mediterranean Meatball Bowl

1.In a large bowl, mix eggs, milk, flour, and a pinch of salt and pepper to create a batter for the meatballs.

2.Form the meatball mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.

3.In a separate saucepan, cook the red lentils according to package instructions and set aside.

4.Cook the rice in a pot of boiling water until fluffy and tender.
