Oreo Yogurt Cheesecake

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.

2.Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until finely ground.

3.In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies with flour and melted butter to form the crust mixture.

4.Press the crust mixture into the bottom of the greased springform pan, creating an even layer. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.

5.In a blender, blend the cottage cheese until smooth. Add Greek yogurt and blend until well combined.

6.Pour the cottage cheese and yogurt mixture over the chilled crust in the springform pan.

7.Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set.

8.Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool at room temperature. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.

9.Before serving, garnish with additional Oreo cookie crumbs or whipped cream if desired.

10.Slice and serve the Oreo Yogurt Cheesecake cold, and enjoy the delightful flavors!
