Crispy Christmas Lumpia with Spiced Turkey and Cranberry Dipping Sauce

1.In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned. Add the onion, garlic, carrots, green cabbage, and green onions. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

2.In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves. Pour this over the turkey mixture and stir to combine. Add the dried cranberries and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

3.Place a lumpia wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon a portion of the turkey filling onto the wrapper. Fold the sides over the filling and roll up tightly. Seal the edge with a bit of water.

4.In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Fry the lumpia in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

5.In a small saucepan, combine the cranberry sauce and sweet chili sauce. Heat over low heat until warmed through. Serve the crispy Christmas lumpia with the cranberry dipping sauce on the side for a festive twist!
