Special Beef Rib Hotpot

1.Prepare the ingredients: Cut the beef ribs and brisket into bite-sized pieces, thinly slice the onion, leek, and ginger, peel and cut the daikon radish into chunks, and wash the fresh herbs.

2.In a large pot, combine the beef ribs, brisket, onion, leek, ginger, and daikon radish. Add the beef broth, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and five-spice powder.

3.Bring the broth to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer. Let it simmer for 30 minutes until the beef is tender and flavorful.

4.Add the rice noodles and enoki mushrooms to the pot. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the noodles are soft and the mushrooms are cooked.

5.Serve the hotpot hot, garnished with fresh herbs. Enjoy the flavorful broth and tender beef ribs with a side of dipping sauce if desired.

6.Note: Hotpot is traditionally eaten by cooking the ingredients in the broth at the table. Each diner can customize their own bowl with the cooked ingredients and broth.
