Savory Pancake Stack with Sausage Patties

1.Cook the sausage patties in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through.

2.In a separate bowl, prepare the pancake mix according to the package instructions.

3.Add a pinch of cinnamon and brown sugar to the pancake batter and mix well.

4.Melt a knob of butter in the skillet over medium heat.

5.Pour a ladle of the cinnamon-infused pancake batter into the skillet to make a pancake.

6.Cook the pancake until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.

7.Repeat the process to make additional pancakes.

8.Stack the cooked pancakes with a layer of sausage patties in between each pancake.

9.Drizzle syrup over the top of the pancake stack.
