Buttermilk Cheeseburgers

1.In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, buttermilk, breadcrumbs, shredded cheddar cheese, diced onions, and diced pickles.

2.Mix the ingredients until well combined, then form the mixture into 4 burger patties.

3.Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.

4.Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

5.Toast the burger buns on the grill or skillet for a minute until lightly browned.

6.Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf and a tomato slice on the bottom half of each bun.

7.Place a cooked burger patty on top of the tomato slice.

8.Spread ketchup and mustard on the top half of the bun.

9.Place the top half of the bun on the burger patty to complete the burger.

10.Serve the buttermilk cheeseburgers hot and enjoy!
