Festive Guava Cheese Delight

1.In a saucepan, combine guava pulp, sugar, and water. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens, stirring occasionally.

2.In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch with a little water to form a slurry. Add the slurry to the guava mixture and stir well to combine.

3.Add cream cheese, butter, milk, vanilla extract, and all the spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, cardamom, and allspice) to the saucepan. Cook on low heat, stirring continuously until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

4.Remove the mixture from heat and stir in lemon zest. Let it cool slightly before transferring to a serving dish or individual molds.

5.Refrigerate the guava cheese mixture for at least 4 hours or until set and firm.

6.Once set, garnish with chopped nuts, dried cranberries, and shredded coconut if desired.
