Turkish Chicken Kofta (Tavuk Kıyma Köfte)

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped parsley, cumin, paprika, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

2.Shape the mixture into small koftas, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a plate.

3.Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

4.Add the chicken koftas to the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

5.Serve the Turkish chicken koftas hot, garnished with lemon slices, and enjoy!
