1.In a large bowl, marinate the lamb cubes with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.

2.Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown and caramelized.

3.Add the marinated lamb cubes to the pot and cook until the meat is browned on all sides, stirring occasionally.

4.Pour in the pureed tomatoes and mix well. Cover the pot and let it simmer for about 1 hour until the lamb is tender and cooked through.

5.Sprinkle garam masala over the lamb curry and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

6.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice or naan bread.
