Homemade Rainbow Sprinkles

1.In a mixing bowl, combine the powdered sugar, corn syrup, and water. Mix until a smooth paste forms.

2.Divide the paste into separate bowls for each color you want to make. Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl and mix well until the desired color is achieved.

3.Add a small amount of vanilla extract to each colored paste and mix thoroughly for flavor.

4.Transfer each colored paste into separate piping bags with small round tips attached.

5.On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, pipe thin lines of each colored paste side by side.

6.Allow the lines to dry completely, preferably overnight, until they harden.

7.Once dry, use a knife to carefully scrape the hardened lines to create rainbow sprinkle shapes.

8.Store the homemade rainbow sprinkles in an airtight container for future use.
