Savory Beef and Egg Rice Bake with Fish Stick Crunch

1.Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2.In a large skillet over medium heat, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

3.Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

4.Stir in the cooked rice, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper into the beef mixture. Mix well to combine and remove from heat.

5.In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add them to the beef and rice mixture. Stir until everything is well combined.

6.Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly. If using, sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.

7.Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
