Creamy Maggi Noodles with Amul Fresh Cream

1.In a saucepan, heat the butter over medium heat until melted.

2.Add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent.

3.Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and green chili, cooking for another minute until fragrant.

4.Add the chopped tomato and cook until it softens, about 2-3 minutes.

5.Sprinkle in the red chili powder, garam masala, and salt, mixing well to combine the spices with the tomato mixture.

6.Pour in 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil.

7.Once boiling, add the Maggi noodles and the tastemaker sachet that comes with the noodles. Stir well and cook for 2 minutes.

8.Reduce the heat to low and add the Amul fresh cream, stirring gently to combine until the noodles are well coated and creamy.

9.Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the noodles are fully cooked and the sauce has thickened to your liking.

10.Remove from heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
