Creamy Chicken Bacon Ranch Potato Bake

1.Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced potatoes, shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and diced onion.

3.In a separate bowl, mix together the ranch dressing, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.

4.Pour the ranch mixture over the potato and chicken mixture, and stir until everything is evenly coated.

5.Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

6.Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the mixture.

7.Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

8.After 30 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

9.Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

10.Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
