Savory Oyster and Egg Stir-Fry

4.In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until well combined. Season with soy sauce and MSG, mixing well.

5.Pour the egg mixture into the skillet with the onions and garlic, allowing it to cook undisturbed for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to set.

6.Gently stir the eggs, incorporating the onion and garlic, and continue to cook until the eggs are fully cooked but still soft and fluffy, about 2-3 more minutes.

7.Drizzle the oyster sauce over the cooked eggs and stir gently to combine, allowing the flavors to meld for another minute.

8.Remove from heat and serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.
