Schezwan Cheesy Potato Bread Bake

1.Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2.In a mixing bowl, combine the boiled and mashed potatoes with the finely chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, Schezwan sauce, corn starch, garam masala, red chili powder, cumin powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

3.In another bowl, beat the egg and then add it to the potato mixture. Stir until the egg is fully incorporated into the mixture.

4.Take the slices of bread and spread a generous amount of the potato mixture on each slice, ensuring an even layer.

5.Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the potato mixture on each slice of bread.

6.Place the prepared bread slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

7.Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the bread are golden brown.

8.Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing into pieces.

9.Serve warm as a delicious snack or appetizer.
