Creamy Ground Chicken and Green Bean Casserole

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2.In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

3.Add the ground chicken to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and onion powder.

4.Once the chicken is cooked, stir in the drained green beans and cream of mushroom soup. Mix well until everything is combined and heated through, about 3-4 minutes.

5.Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.

6.Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the chicken and green bean mixture.

7.In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs with a drizzle of olive oil and mix until the breadcrumbs are coated. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the cheese layer.

8.Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

9.Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
