Elegant Stuffed Mushrooms with Herb Cream Cheese

1.Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2.Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems carefully, setting the caps aside and finely chopping the stems.

3.In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, chopped thyme, chopped rosemary, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.

4.Add the finely chopped mushroom stems to the cream cheese mixture and stir until evenly distributed.

5.Spoon the cream cheese mixture into each mushroom cap, filling them generously.

6.In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with olive oil until they are evenly coated. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the stuffed mushrooms for added texture.

7.Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

8.Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.

9.Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
