Fiery Chili Con Carne with a Kick

1.Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

2.Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.

3.Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

4.Add the ground beef and ground pork to the pot, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes.

5.Sprinkle in the chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Stir well to coat the meat with the spices and cook for 2 minutes to toast the spices.

6.Pour in the crushed tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Stir to combine all ingredients.

7.Add the diced bell pepper and jalapeño pepper to the pot. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

8.Bring the chili to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and let it cook for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

9.Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more hot sauce for extra heat if desired.

10.Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
