Crispy Fried Mac and Cheese Balls with a Cheesy Center

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, sharp cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

2.Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

3.Set up a breading station: Place the flour in one shallow dish, the beaten eggs in another, and the breadcrumbs in a third dish.

4.Remove the mac and cheese balls from the refrigerator. Roll each ball in the flour, shaking off any excess, then dip it into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere the breadcrumbs to the surface.
