Bacon and Onion Tuna Pasta Bake

1.Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

3.In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced bacon and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.

4.Add the chopped onion to the skillet and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

5.In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, drained tuna, bacon and onion mixture, cream, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.

6.Transfer the pasta mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the grated cheese evenly over the top.

7.Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

8.Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
