Festive Pumpkin Pie Delight

1.Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and well combined.

3.Add the ground cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and salt to the mixture. Stir until all the spices are evenly distributed.

4.Place the pre-made pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish, pressing it gently into the bottom and sides. Trim any excess crust hanging over the edges.

5.Pour the pumpkin filling into the pie crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.

6.Sprinkle the chopped pecans and dried cranberries evenly over the top of the filling for added texture and festive flair.

7.Bake the pie in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for an additional 35-40 minutes, or until the filling is set and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

8.Once baked, remove the pie from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the filling to firm up.
