Savory Mushroom & Creamy Onion Maggi

1.In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

2.Add the chopped onions and minced garlic to the pan, sautéing until the onions are translucent and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.

3.Stir in the sliced mushrooms and chopped baby corn, cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and golden brown.

4.Add the chopped tomato to the pan and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the tomato softens.

5.Pour in 2 cups of water and bring the mixture to a boil.

6.Once boiling, add the Maggi noodles along with the tastemaker sachet that comes with the noodles. Stir well and cook for 2 minutes.

7.Reduce the heat to low and stir in the fresh cream, mixing until fully incorporated and creamy. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until heated through.

8.Season with salt and black pepper to taste, adjusting as needed.

9.Remove from heat and serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
