Creamy Rice Powder Pudding with Honey Drizzle

1.In a saucepan, combine the rice powder, water, sugar, and salt. Stir well to dissolve the rice powder completely.

2.Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook the mixture, stirring constantly, until it thickens and starts to bubble, about 10-15 minutes.

3.In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until well combined. Gradually add a small amount of the hot rice mixture to the eggs, whisking continuously to temper the eggs and prevent them from scrambling.

4.Once the eggs are tempered, slowly pour the egg mixture back into the saucepan with the rice mixture, stirring constantly to combine.

5.Continue cooking the pudding over medium heat for another 5-7 minutes, or until it reaches a creamy and smooth consistency.

6.Remove the saucepan from heat and let the pudding cool slightly before transferring it to serving bowls or cups.

7.Drizzle honey over the top of each serving just before serving, allowing it to gently soak into the pudding.
