Gourmet Classic Truffle Mushroom Sauce

1.Heat the butter and olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.

5.Pour in the heavy cream and broth. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened enough to coat the back of a spoon (about 3-4 minutes).

6.Remove the skillet from the heat. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until fully melted and incorporated.
