Breadmaker Gruyère and Toasted Seed Loaf

1.Place the water, olive oil, honey, salt, wholemeal flour, white flour, and yeast into the bread machine pan in the order recommended by your manufacturer.

2.Prepare the mix-ins by tossing the cubed Gruyère and toasted seeds in a small bowl to ensure they are evenly distributed.

3.Select the 'Basic' or 'Whole Wheat' program for a 500g loaf setting on your bread machine.

4.When the machine signals for add-ins (usually during the final kneading stage), add the Gruyère and seed mixture into the pan.

5.Allow the bread machine to complete the baking cycle.

6.Once finished, remove the loaf immediately and let it cool completely on a wire rack for at least 30 minutes before slicing to ensure the cheese and structure set properly.
