Nuts and Cereal

Preheat the Oven Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

Mix Cereal and Nuts In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole grain cereal and mixed nuts.

Make Sweetener Mixture In a separate small bowl, whisk together the honey, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt.

Coat with Sweetener Mixture Pour the sweetener mixture over the cereal and nuts, and toss until evenly coated.

Spread on Baking Sheet Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the Oven Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crunchy.

Cool and Break into Clusters Remove from the oven and let cool completely before breaking into small clusters.

Serve and Enjoy Enjoy as a healthy snack or sprinkle over yogurt or oatmeal.
