Beef Stew with Pasta

Cook the Beef Stew Meat In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the meat from the pot and set aside.

Sauté the Onion and Garlic In the same pot, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is softened and translucent.

Add the Carrots and Celery Add the sliced carrots and celery to the pot. Cook for a few minutes until slightly softened.

Add the Remaining Ingredients Return the browned meat to the pot. Stir in the tomato paste, diced tomatoes, beef broth, bay leaf, dried thyme, dried rosemary, and bolognese seasoning. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Simmer the Stew Bring the stew to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 1-2 hours, or until the beef is tender and the flavors have melded together.

Cook the Pasta While the stew is simmering, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
