Cheese and Rotisserie Chicken Panini

Preheat the Panini Press Preheat a panini press or a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Butter the Bread Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.

Assemble the Panini Place one slice of bread butter-side down on a clean surface.

4.Top the bread with a slice of cheese, then add the shredded rotisserie chicken on top of the cheese.

5.Place the second slice of cheese on top of the chicken, followed by the second slice of bread with the buttered side facing up.

Cook the Panini Carefully transfer the assembled panini to the preheated panini press or skillet.

7.If using a panini press, close the lid and cook for about 4 minutes, or until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted.

8.If using a skillet, place the panini in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, pressing down gently with a spatula, until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.

Serve and Enjoy Remove the panini from the press or skillet and let it cool for a minute.

10.Cut the panini in half, if desired, and serve it warm.
