Grilled Turkey Fillet

1.In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.

2.Place the turkey fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Turn the fillets to coat them evenly. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for maximum flavor.
