Prepare Seasoning In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Season Pork Tenderloin Rub the seasoning mixture all over the wrapped pork tenderloin.

Roast Pork Tenderloin Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145°F (63°C).

Rest Pork Tenderloin Remove the skillet from the oven and let the pork tenderloin rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Slice Pork Tenderloin Remove the butcher's twine and slice the pork tenderloin into thick medallions.
