Savory Beef Noodle Stir-Fry

Prepare the Ingredients Boil a pot of water and cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic to make the stir-fry sauce.

Cook the Beef and Vegetables In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Add the onion, bell pepper, broccoli, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Combine and Serve Add the cooked egg noodles and stir-fry sauce to the skillet. Toss everything together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
