Spicy Sausage Stir-Fry

Preparation 1. Slice the sausages into thin rounds. 2. Chop the onions into thin slices. 3. Gather the chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and sunflower oil for cooking.

Cooking Instructions Heat sunflower oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced sausages and cook until golden brown. Add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent. Sprinkle the chilli powder, coriander powder, and turmeric powder over the mixture. Stir well to evenly coat the sausages and onions with the spices. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the spices are fragrant and the sausage slices are cooked through.

3.Serve the spicy sausage stir-fry hot, garnished with fresh coriander leaves if desired. Enjoy this flavorful and aromatic dish as a standalone meal or with steamed rice or bread.
