Umami Fusion Noodle Bowl

1.Start by preparing all the ingredients: thinly slice the Wagyu beef, shuck the oysters, slice the century egg, and cook the instant noodles according to the package instructions.

2.In a deep pot, bring water to a boil and add the instant noodles. Cook until al dente, then drain and set aside.

3.In a separate pan, sear the thinly sliced Wagyu beef for a few seconds on each side until just browned, then remove from the pan and set aside.

4.In the same pan, quickly cook the fresh oysters for about 1 minute until they plump up, then remove from the pan.

5.Assemble the noodle bowl by placing the cooked instant noodles at the bottom.

6.Arrange the Wagyu beef slices, fresh oysters, and sliced century egg on top of the noodles.

7.Drizzle Thai fermented fish and Vegemite over the top for an extra burst of flavor.
