Homemade Pepperoni Pizza

Prepare the Pizza Dough Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy. Add salt, olive oil, and flour to the yeast mixture. Knead until the dough is smooth and elastic. Let it rise in a greased bowl for about 1 hour.

Roll Out the Dough Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.

Assemble the Pizza Place the rolled-out dough on a pizza pan. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Arrange pepperoni slices over the cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
