Red Velvet and White Chocolate Cookies

1.Cream the softened butter and granulated sugar together in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.

5.Fold in the white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

6.Cover the dough and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

7.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

8.Scoop the cookie dough using a cookie scoop or spoon, placing them on the prepared baking sheet.

9.Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are set.
