Spicy Carne Asada Tacos

1.In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, paprika, oregano, red pepper flakes, black pepper, cayenne pepper, onion powder, and chopped cilantro to make the marinade.

2.Place flank steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

3.Preheat grill to high heat. Remove steak from marinade and discard excess marinade. Grill steak for 6-7 minutes per side for medium-rare or to desired doneness. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

4.While the steak is resting, warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds per side.

5.Slice the steak thinly against the grain.

6.Assemble the tacos by placing sliced steak on a warm tortilla, topping with sliced onion, bell pepper, avocado, salsa, sour cream, and a squeeze of lime juice.

7.Serve the spicy carne asada tacos with extra salsa, sour cream, and lime wedges on the side.
