Crispy Potato Starch Fries

1.Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips to resemble fries.

2.Soak the potato strips in cold water for about 30 minutes to remove excess starch, then drain and pat them dry with a clean towel.

3.In a large bowl, combine the potato starch powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

4.Toss the dried potato strips in the starch mixture until they are evenly coated.

5.Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the coated potato strips in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.

6.Fry the potato strips for about 4-5 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy, turning occasionally for even cooking.

7.Remove the fries from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

8.Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
