Vegan Mirror Glaze for Stunning Desserts

1.In a saucepan, combine the coconut milk, granulated sugar, and water. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely.

2.Add the agar-agar powder to the mixture and bring it to a gentle boil. Stir continuously for about 2-3 minutes until the agar-agar is fully dissolved.

3.Remove the saucepan from heat and add the dark chocolate, stirring until it melts completely and the mixture is smooth.

4.Stir in the vanilla extract and salt. If you want to add food coloring, do it at this stage and mix until evenly distributed.

5.Let the glaze cool for about 10-15 minutes until it thickens slightly but is still pourable.

6.Once your dessert is ready, pour the glaze over the top, allowing it to drip down the sides for a beautiful mirror effect. Let it set for a few minutes before serving.
