Sweet and Savory Black Kismis Delight

1.In a medium bowl, soak the black kismis in warm water for about 15 minutes to plump them up. Drain and set aside.

2.In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped almonds and walnuts, and toast them until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent burning.

3.Add the soaked black kismis to the skillet with the nuts. Stir well to combine.

4.Drizzle the honey over the mixture, followed by the cinnamon powder, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Stir everything together until the kismis and nuts are well coated with the honey and spices.

5.Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
