Sweet Cashew Cardamom Delight

1.In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of ghee over medium heat until melted.

2.Add 150g of cashews to the pan and roast them until they turn golden brown, stirring frequently to avoid burning. This should take about 5-7 minutes.

3.Once roasted, remove the cashews from the pan and set them aside to cool.

4.In the same pan, add 1/4 cup of water and 100g of sugar. Stir the mixture over medium heat until the sugar completely dissolves, creating a syrup.

5.Once the sugar has dissolved, add 45g of milk powder and 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder to the syrup. Mix well until the ingredients are fully combined and form a thick mixture.

6.Add the roasted cashews back into the mixture and stir until they are evenly coated with the milk powder mixture.

7.Continue to cook the mixture for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly until it thickens further and starts to leave the sides of the pan.

8.Remove the pan from heat and let the mixture cool slightly. Once it's cool enough to handle, grease your hands with a little ghee and shape the mixture into small balls or desired shapes.

9.Place the shaped sweets on a plate and let them cool completely before serving.
