Spiced Sweet Potato Bites

1.Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the onion powder, garlic granules, sweet and spicy paprika, white sugar, ground coriander, salt, dried oregano, dried parsley, and black pepper. Mix well to create a spice blend.

3.Add the sweet potato pieces to the bowl with the spice blend. Drizzle the olive oil over the sweet potatoes.

4.Toss the sweet potatoes in the spice blend and olive oil until they are evenly coated.

5.Spread the seasoned sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6.Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender and slightly crispy on the edges. Stir halfway through the cooking time to ensure even baking.

7.Remove the sweet potatoes from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
