Spicy Ginger Beer Glaze

1.In a medium saucepan, combine the beer, soy sauce, grated ginger, chopped jalapenos, brown sugar, and minced garlic. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.

2.Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a simmer. Allow it to simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the flavors meld together and the sauce slightly thickens.

3.In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with the water to create a slurry. Once the sauce has simmered, slowly add the cornstarch slurry to the saucepan while stirring continuously.

4.Continue to cook the sauce for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until it thickens to your desired consistency. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before using.
