Conecuh Sausage and Peppers Skillet

1.Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2.Add the sliced Conecuh sausage to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and slightly crispy.

3.Add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the skillet with the sausage. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.

4.Stir in the minced garlic, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.

5.Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir well to combine all the flavors.

6.Remove from heat and garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
