Choclo, Queso y Huevo Rice Bake

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked yellow corn, cooked rice, and shredded cheese. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly distributed.

3.In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.

4.Pour the egg mixture over the corn and rice mixture, stirring gently to combine all the ingredients thoroughly.

5.Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

6.Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the eggs are set.

7.Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.

8.Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
