Creamy Skyr Pasta Delight

1.Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta and set aside.

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the skyr, grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, dried oregano, dried basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.

3.Add the cooked pasta to the bowl with the skyr sauce. Toss well to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce. If the sauce is too thick, gradually add some reserved pasta water until you reach your desired consistency.

4.Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt or pepper as needed.

5.Serve the pasta hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves and additional grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
