Creamy Arrowroot Biscuit Delight

1.In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

2.Add the thickened cream, milk, vanilla extract, and lemon juice to the cream cheese mixture. Continue to beat until the mixture is well combined and slightly thickened.

3.Take a rectangular dish and start layering the milk arrowroot biscuits at the bottom. You can break them if necessary to fit the dish.

4.Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the biscuits, smoothing it out evenly with a spatula.

5.Repeat the layering process with more biscuits and cream cheese mixture until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of the cream cheese mixture on top.

6.Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to set properly.

7.Once set, slice into squares and serve chilled.
